Sherry Franzoy of Designology in Las Cruces, NM has been an award-winning designer with Decorating Den Interiors since 2001. Designology / Decorating Den Interiors is a premier designer in our region offering an extensive variety of luxury furnishings and in-home decorating services. Specializing in whole house remodeling and extraordinary customer service, Designology / Decorating Den Interiors has gained years of experience designing homes, as well as other commercial spaces, including the interiors of private offices, medical facilities, government locations, banks.

Sherry’s journey into the world of design began at a young age. “When I was a little girl, younger than 10, I wanted to be a designer,” she recalls. Life unfolded in such a way that, 24 years ago, her dream came true. Designology / Decorating Den Interiors is a franchise that provided her with the opportunity and training to jump right in.

Before embarking on her design career, Sherry’s background was deeply rooted in the farming community. As a farmer’s daughter and later a farmer’s wife, she managed marketing and business operations, which prepared her for her future endeavors. She raised three children and now enjoys the company of eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Sherry started her business from a dream and a need to support herself. In 2015, her daughter, Jody Koenig, joined her as an administrator and is now her business partner. Their business is unique in many ways, setting them apart from competitors. Their motto, “We come to you,” ensures that clients can see samples and colors in the light of their own homes or offices, making the experience both exciting and personal. This approach truly enables clients to vividly picture what their future space could look like. Unlike most designers who charge for their time, Sherry and Jody offer a complimentary first appointment.

Given their business expertise and the nature of what they do, Sherry and Jody have valuable advice to offer. “No matter what you want, a lot or a little, a remodel or a window treatment, we can help you from floor to ceiling,” Sherry says. They carry every product that one could possibly want for the interior of a home or office and are backed by a team of some of the region’s foremost contractors, window treatment experts, flooring specialists, lighting pros, and upholsterers.
